Processing Request
If for any reason you are less than pleased with your purchase of Toddy® products, you may return items within the first 30 days for exchange, credit, or full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). After 30 days, we will replace defective items for products covered by a warranty pursuant to the terms of the respective warranty policy.
Please carefully repackage items for return in their original or secure packaging. We recommend the use of a traceable shipping method as we cannot issue credit for items lost during shipping.
